Description: An effective wayshowing system is the necessary foundation of a successful byway traveler experience. Effective wayshowing involves providing the appropriate tools at the right time and at the right place so travelers can safely and successfully navigate your byway. The original webcast has been split into two parts for your convenience. Part 1 of 2 discusses key concepts in understanding why wayshowing is a pivotal part of creating an effective byway visitor experience. Part 2 of 2 provides details of each of the eight components of a comprehensive wayshowing system. Additionally, both parts provide information on obtaining Wayshowing for Byways: A Reference Manual.
