Learning Objective: Participants will understand basic principles leading to successfully establishing or improving a fundraising program; leave the session with new fundraising ideas they may want to test or implement; and have access to resources they can utilize to plan and implement a development program or fundraising idea.
Course Description: Fundraising in the current economic climate is a challenge. This session will explore some new ways of looking at fundraising and development that can lead to enhancing current fundraising efforts and providing long term financial security for your organization. Discussion will include ways to establish strong relationships with prospects, the role of volunteers and establishing and growing an endowment.
