This guidebook is the fourth edition of a planning workbook originally developed by Bristol Bay Native Association, funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration. This edition was revised and ground tested as part of a U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development Agency-funded Bristol Bay Community Planning Project.
