Podcasts of previously recorded Tele-Workshops are saved in MP3 and Windows Media Player (WAV) files. Slower Internet connections, such as dial-up, should use the WAV files. Click on the preferred file. You need Windows Media Player, Real Player or Quick Time software to hear the files (all available free on the Internet). You do not need an Apple® iPod to hear the podcasts.
