Description: Overcoming habituated thinking is critical in providing first-time byway travelers successful and rewarding byway experiences. This webinar will discuss the importance of Taking a Visitor’s Eye when planning wayshowing enhancements along a byway. Additionally, participants will be presented with activities and assessments available to help participants and their organizations identify traveler needs.
