Learning Objective: Participants will understand the basics of how to integrate byway planning with Tribal governments.
Course Description: This 60-minute Tele-Workshop will focus on how byways can better integrate neighboring Tribes into the byway planning process. Discussion will include processes and protocol for interaction with Tribal governments including developing formal partnerships. Discussion will also include effective methods for gaining substantive input on cultural and Tribal aspects of your byway.
