Request For Proposal: Creating A Strategic Technical Assistance Delivery Program
America’s Byways Resource Center has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking a qualified consultant(s) to perform three phases of an initiative to enhance its technical assistance delivery. The three phases of this initiative are:
- Data collection on existing America’s Byways® organizations
- Development of benchmarks for byways and byway organizations
- Recommendations to enhance the Resource Center’s delivery of technical assistance
The organizational information gathered will be vital in the Resource Center’s efforts to deliver the most effective technical assistance in the most effective manner.
