Call For Presentations: Planners' Rendezvous
The Organization of Wildlife Planners (OWP) and the National Association of Recreation Resource Planners (NARRP) have issued a call for presentation proposals for Planners’ Rendezvous, the nation’s premiere conference event for wildlife and and recreation planners. The conference is scheduled for May 13-15, 2008, in Missoula, Montana.
Conference sponsors are seeking presentations from persons interested in human dimensions of fish and wildlife; trails; State, regional and national parks; open space; habitat; public and private forests; lakes; reservoirs; rivers; and the management tools needed for sound resource and access stewardship.
Consistent with the conference theme, “Forging a Partnership Between Recreation and Wildlife Planners,” presentations of particular interest include successful integration of recreation and wildlife values.
