Two-Day Training Opportunities: The Art of Interpretive Writing
Alan Leftridge, author of Interpretive Writing, and executive editor of The Interpreter magazine, will guide you through an engaging and informative workshop that will sharpen your skills for connecting with your audiences.
This two-day workshop addresses strategies promoted by the National Association for Interpretation and the National Park Service. Lessons will focus on developing tangibles, intangibles, universals, and interpretive themes in your writing, while avoiding trite expressions. These strategies and skills apply to your brochures, exhibits, public service announcements, magazine articles and other interpretive projects. Leave the workshop with a workbook and a product applicable to your professional situation.
Upcoming dates and locations:
September 12-13, 2007
Anchorage, Alaska
September 17-18, 2007

The workshop fee is $245, and space is limited. For more information, please visit: http://www.leftridge.com. Register by contacting Alan Leftridge at 406-754-2940 or leftridge@blackfoot.net.
