Report Now Available
America’s Byways Resource Center is pleased to announce the availability of its latest research paper, Byway Findings from the National Survey on Recreation and the Environment (NSRE).
This report interprets the results of 39 byway-related questions that America’s Byways Resource Center prepared for version 13 of the NSRE, conducted by the USDA Forest Service in 2000.
Questions relate to driving-for-pleasure behavior, barriers to participation, activity patterns on driving-for-pleasure trips, familiarity with scenic byways and America’s Byways, and more.
